We have only requested a quote from them and they had great customer service and were prompt to schedule someone to come out. The technician who came out gave very helpful information and excellent customer service. Unfortunately we did find a cheaper quote and we went with that but overall it was an excellent experience.

I had a furnace duct that wasn't delivering any air. These guys showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and gave me a good price. They were nice, followed Covid protocols, and communicated with me every step of the way. I'll for sure use them again.

Great experience altogether - Professional Heating replied to my message within 15-20 minutes and the Andrae followed up within an hour to schedule a same day appointment.Professional Heating showed up right on time, and did a wonderful job. All this on a Friday, right before a Holiday weekend. Explained the issues and potential solutions. He was very Open and candid with the options.

We had a great experience! Andrae made a stop by our house after what probably was a very long day of appointments for him in the heat. Our air conditioner wasn't cooling and he seemed to know just what to look for. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and our air conditioner was back up and running. We appreciated that Andrae went out of his way to check on our air conditioner, when he could have just scheduled us in for another day. He commented that they were trying to fit people in during the heatwave. We appreciate your care for your customers! We highly recommend them!

I would like to share my experience with whom seeking reliable and professional service. Owner and his workers were totally delivered. Their price is also reasonable. They are very knowledgeable and apparently love what they do. I am very happy to find them. I finally have adequate heating for my house for the first time after living here 10 years.
