My son and I were so pleased with John. I have never had a tech come out for the GK who was so thorough and conscientious. I can't say enough how pleased I was with him. From now on, I will only request John when dealing with Goettl.

I had been dealing with A/C problems since I moved in to my home and after calling Goettl my problems were solved! Jason the tech did an amazing job getting my unit to work perfectly. He even stopped by after the repair was done to make sure everything was done correctly. Everyone completed their job on time and treated me with respect.

The unit I had installed is my third Goettl and I felt like Jason was very aware and courteous of the fact that I was a returning customer. Goettl sent tech Shawn to my home and he was exactly what we needed! He was very professional and kept us informed at all times. It wasn't an easy fix but he was persistent and hung in there until all of the problems were taken care of and we had cool for the first time since the unit had been installed by another company.

Monty, Jim and the duct cleaning crew, Bill & Richard, did a great job and I would recommend Goettl services to anyone. Bill crawled through the old duct works and kept the dust and dirt to a minimum.....fantastic job.

We are so pleased about the new HVAC system that Goettl installed in our home on Saturday. A 5 man installation crew led by Ron and Billy worked from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm, removed our old system and installed two 5 ton and one 2 ton split HVAC systems. We were very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the crew which worked all day in the 108 degree outside temperature. Their work was thorough and excellent. Much better than I could have hoped for. They were not only obviously very well trained, but also neat, clean and courteous. They all knew their individual jobs and they all worked well together. It was a very impressive team effort. We are very happy with the new system and look forward to the security, comfort and energy savings that this new system will provide for our family in the years to come. Thank you again Jim for a job very well done!

Everything went so well! The sales representative, Stephen, was amazing, and the installers, Norman and Alex Cano, explained everything and made everything easy. Even the people in the office we spoke to to set up appointments with were pleasant and patient. Kyle D and Alex L did a wonderful job installing my new unit last month. They were extremely professional and efficient. I was impressed by the fact that the two installers weren't ever just sitting around and that they were constantly working. All their hard work really paid off!

Goettl just installed a new unit in my home. They sent out Carlos Lugo and Jorge Rocha who did a fantastic job. They showed up very clean with a great professional attitude. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an overall fantastic job. I also want to thank everyone in the office who helped to make the install happen so quickly. I have had such a great experience with you guys that I will be sure to spread the word to anyone willing to listen!

I am so impressed that Goettl retains such talented and effective employees. The lady who responded to my call was both courteous and efficient in getting a repairman to my house within 90 minutes. The repairman noticed the problem immediately and had the air back on within 40 minutes of arrival. The issue was a rarity in my new Goettl AC, which replaced my previous Goettl HV AC that I had for 47 years! I made this upgrade with Goettl because of their reliability and this has proven to be a good decision for a number of reasons!

Goettl provided excellent service for us in every aspect. Francisco was the first technician that came to visit our home and sold us a new GK program when it was time to have ours renewed. After receiving a buyback letter in the mail, Scott Cook was sent out to us and went over every detail involving us getting a new unit as well as the different options we had to choose from. We were thinking about getting a new unit when we came home to find out our unit was leaking. We then called Goettl again to set up a standard evaluation. Austin and Brian were sent out to perform the evaluation. Brian was very eager to learn and extremely polite. Austin then sat down with us and explained that our best bet would be to get a new unit. Austin spent a lot of time on the phone getting the sale to go through which we found very impressive. Both Austin and Brian were very kind and professional. The last two technicians that came to our home were Bill and Byron. They came out to install the new unit and were both very knowledgeable on everything they were doing and completed their work in a timely manner.

It is difficult to find the proper words to express our appreciation to you and your staff for the services we received from your firm. Your sales representative David Erhart is a thoroughly knowledgeable, qualified advisor in his presentation as to which units would best serve our needs. He was pleasant to deal with and untiring in finding ways for our financing the purchase. Your installation crews Jimmy and Raymond, Jorge and Carlos, and another whose name I did not get, were efficient and diligent in giving us quick service. And your throwing in the hot water heater and filters, gives us pause as to how to describe our appreciation. Special thanks go to the installer of the hot water heater who working in brutally hot circumstances to install the heater in an area nearly too small for it. I am a Goettl customer. Have been for 30 years.
During the past week my current 3 year old Goettl was not performing up to spec's. Because of this I had the occasion to interact with Dam Brumlow on several separate dates. Let me preface my comments by saying I am not generally one to write letters or make phone calls expressing either my dissatisfaction with or approval of how I was dealt with by those individuals representing the businesses providing me with necessary professional services.
In this case however, I feel I simply cannot refrain from comment. Dan Brumlows' conduct was exemplary in every way. The basic things, such as appearance, mannerisms, professional conduct and an 'in command, reassuring presence' all come easily to him. Such skills are at the heart of what constitutes good customer relations. It is not easy to project cool, calm and collected in 110 degree heat. All the more difficult when your customer has been living, perhaps for a day or more in such heat and the 'real patient' is a big metal box that cannot tell you where it hurts.
In Dan Brumlow you have in my opinion, an outstanding asset capable of doing many things to promote the interests of, and enhance profitability at your company. His bottom line potential if utilized correctly is considerable.

It was memorial day weekend, and it was Sunday a little before noon. The guy from Goettl, named AJ, was here by a 1 o'clock. He ordered the part and got it fixed the next day. We really couldn't have asked for more polite, courteous or responsive service. I'd recommend Goettl Air Conditioning to anyone!
