A tech came to our house the day after we called. He was friendly and courteous. He not only corrected our problem, but found other issues and corrected them. I give him a 10.

The tech arrived on time, replaced the Wally and remote control and made the picture quality better than ever. He is supposed to be coming back to replace an old cable outside next week.

Broadstar initially was a concern having been with a competing company for a very long time. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. When I did have an issue, it was dealt with in a timely and very satisfactory manner. Sorry I did not convert sooner!

I could not even watch TV. With Lost signals and pixelating, watching TV was impossible. Service person had me up and running in no time!

Super easy to book my service, appointment and options. The sales rep (Alex) was extremely friendly but didn't take up too much time. And he didn't push any extra services on me--which worked, because I chose to upgrade anyway. A MILLION times easier than dealing with Time Warner, Charter, etc. Love them.

We had a very good service call with Mike. He immediately found our problem and fixed it. He was right on time pleasant and so nice to work with.

I had a situation where as my TV was showing a complete signal lost, I notified customer service and my customer service representative was outstanding, courteous, and knowledgeable and the service tech was brilliant and apologetic with perfect customer service. I am overly grateful for both broadstar reps for handling the the situation in a timely fashion.. E-for excellents.

Had to set up my internet when we arrived at our winter home. Representative was very helpful and it only took a few minutes. I later had to change my cable service and they again were very helpful. I would say my experience was excellent. Representatives were also very friendly.

I've been working with Erick as a client for about 4 years now and have had nothing but great experiences every time I've contacted BroadStar to make a change, addition or inquiry. The difference you get with BroadStar is the personal service and attention. I highly recommend BroadStar if you are looking for great customer service and not only!!!

Myles was super professional and in lightening fast speed had my internet up and running! I don't think I will ever go back to ATT or TimeWarner. Thanks BroadStar! 25mbps x 5mbps speed tested!

This was a great experience. The service provider showed up at the prescribed time frame (early in the time frame). He (Bob) was courteous and friendly and got our WiFi hooked up and working in very little time. Works great so far.

The two technicians did a great job. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They did have to do some trouble shooting as the modem would not connect.

BroadStar has been there for me when needed. Everyone is so helpful and always knows the answer! I've had issues internet and Sarah from tech support solved the issue! I cant thank her enough for everything. Since day one this whole set up was a breeze.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. Customer service was most helpful in providing information about the packages that were included in my community. They also provided expert solutions in guiding me thru upgrading internet and other devices in my home. The service technician did an excellent job in setting up the equipment at my home, including replacing a defective cable that ran from the main service to the house. Great job, Broadstar team!

After the nightmare of Time Warner's and Direct TV's automated systems, pushy salespeople, and harassing sales calls, I appreciate a small company where phones are answered by actual people, where no one pressures you to bundle anything (I don't need effing cable, ok?), and where they listen and provide appropriate solutions. They suggested their least expensive plan for my needs which is what I signed up for. Their awesome technician hooked up my internet and it's really fast...WOW!!!
