Thomas called to make sure I was happy and then came by to check that the job was completed to his high standards. The color that I chose for the awnings did not quite match the color swatch and he immediately offered to replace the fabric with a color closer to what I originally wanted. Two weeks later my awning fabric was replaced by his crew and is just perfect.
