moved to nashville from out of state a couple years ago….never had an insurance claim before….we were extremely stressed when we first found the mold damage -however this company put our mind at ease VERY quickly…was obvious they had handled problems like this before in the past and we felt in good hands!

West Nashville Homeowner here. Needed to call these guys at 2am after a night out downtown…came back to find water leaking through the roof after a toilet upstairs didn’t stop running. Very bad situation….but the situation was resolved surprisingly quickly thanks to the fast action of the Water Mold Fire Restoration of Nashville team. Thanks!

I don’t have much to add that hasn’t already been said here. However, what I will say is that I was particularly impressed with the personalized customer service I received from Jake (?) and the other project manager assigned to my claim. They were both excellent to deal with and very approachable on the phone. Little things like that make a big difference at least for me personally. Thank you once again!

My business has used Water Mold Fire Restoration of Nashville two different times for two separate incidents over the years. Both times, we felt treated with respect and honesty. We didn’t have to worry about the tricks used by other contractors to weasel more money. Instead, we felt like equals even though the company had to know we were absolutely clueless…haha. Thanks for the help..
