Jeff came out (locksmith) and took one look at the key and told us the key was worn. He also looked at the locks and found many of them stiff and frozen from weather and wear. He took out one lock, He (locksmith) cut us brand new keys from the cuts (whatever that is), and put graphite in the rest of the locks to limber them back up. All of them work like new now.

I just wanted to thank them for repairing the broken lock to my safe. One of their very friendly locksmiths came in less than 30 minutes from the time I called and repaired my lock. If you ever have a broken lock of any kind, I recommend them.

My door literally fell off its hinges at 11 o’clock at night—I needed a 24 hour locksmith. I did a quick search on 24 hour locksmiths in (City) and found them. If you ever need a 24 hour locksmith, you have to call them. They were quick and I was able to shut the door and get some rest!

If you need an emergency locksmith for door repair, I definitely recommend using them. I called them and they sent an emergency locksmith to our office within 30 minutes! All the other emergency locksmiths I called said it would take at least an hour to come help me! I guess some people don’t know what emergency means! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

A couple of teenage kids from the neighborhood broke into my garage one night and stole some beer out of my fridge. While I do not mind too much I did not want it to happen again so I called this company because I wanted to get a quote for the garage door to see how much it would cost to replace it. This company had somebody out in less than 30 minutes. The technician was great; he informed me that my garage door would be just fine if I just replaced the lock instead of the whole thing. He then installed the replacement lock and was on his way in half an hour. This is the most honest company I have ever dealt with.

The guy also gave me a reasonable price. I would definitely use the locksmith services of them again.

This locksmith company was great. Here's the skinny... past midnight, someone tries to break into our building and in the process completely destroys the lock and doorknob.... came online looking for help and tried 3 top rated locksmiths (one even had "24 hour locksmith" in company name) and yet I could not get an answer... it's now 2am and getting worried b/c my key isn’t working, so try one last place, success!
Ronen was our technician and he was great. No sweet-talking or funny business, just a solid locksmith who knew exactly what he was doing. Replaced the old lock to fit our existing keys and came back the next day to install a whole new system with high security locks. He even went out of his way to explain why it was so easy to break our old lock, how the new lock was different, SF fire codes for certain doors/locks, etc. Also, Ronen made it very clear how much everything would cost and given it was the middle of the night, it was actually very reasonable.
If you get locked out or need a new lock or just a re-key, Ronen is your guy!

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They were able to cut my bike lock off of an outdoor bike rack (something most other locksmiths in the city said they couldn't do). They were able to make new keys and gave me the replacement keys on the spot.

I came home late from a party one night and when I tried to open the front door, I realized I had lost keys. I tried to lock pick myself but I did not work. I could not believe a 24 hour locksmith could be this fast and efficient, and the guy was friendly too. I would definitely use the 24 hour locksmith service by them again!
I came home late from a party one night and when I tried to open the front door, I realized I had lost keys. I tried to lock pick myself but I did not work. So I called this company that did a 24 hour locksmith service. The technician was at my doorstep within 30 minutes. The technician re cut replacement keys for my door and that was that. I could not believe a 24 hour locksmith could be this fast and efficient, and the guy was friendly too. I would definitely use the 24 hour locksmith service by them again!

My toddler used to play with the doors of my beautiful antique cabinet where I keep all my expensive China. I decided to install a cabinet lock before my China would break. Edan came to assist my place of work when I called their emergency hotline with an iron gate connected to an intercom that would no longer automatically shut. He provided honest and professional diagnosis and went way beyond when he not only replaced the part and fixed the immediate problem, but also fixed the electrical problem with the intercom connection. Even explained it to me even when I did not really understand so that I could make an assessment in the future should there be any other issues. Thank you Edan the locksmith and Corrine the dispatcher! I keep your number handy and you're in our files at work!

I accidentally locked myself out of the office one day while my boss was out and had entrusted me with the keys. Rather than wait for my not so understanding boss to come back I called this company. I was so happy when I saw the technicians van 25 minutes later. He did the lock picking for the front door in about 10 seconds. I just moved to new house and need to re key all my doors. After few calls and different prices I called this company. They gave me the best price and came out to my place. After less than an hour I had new keys and all my 5 doors re key to the same key. The service was pro and the price was fair. They did a good job; I am surprisingly pleased with the locksmith service. I am sure I will call them back when I need them.

A couple of months ago I had lost my mailbox key and instead of addressing my lost key issue right away, being the procrastinator that I am, I kept putting it off. 2 months later I was running late on bills and had to put an end to this lost key situation. I finally called them and they were able to replace my lost key the same day. Great company, great service!

Fast & Reliable service. My 2 little kids locked themselves inside of the house, and I did not have a key on me. I called this local locksmith company & they respond fast , opened the door with no damage so we do not have to replace keys! I thank them.

I do not know about the other reviews on here because 1/2 the time they are the company writing about themselves. HOWEVER I have a storage unit that I can not find the key for and have been meaning to call a locksmith for weeks. Finally I went on the Net and found these guys. I have never used a locksmith before and was not sure how it all worked. I thought you had to schedule an appointment or have it be on a certain day. I called on a Sunday (yes someone answered and I did not have to listen to a recording)to set up an appointment for next week to get new keys. they are on their way over in 30 minutes to replace keys and for no additional charge. Estimates apparently vary but it's usually $45 - $55 just for them to drive to your house. Which honestly is worth it as the other option is me going down there with a sledge hammer. Overall I was really impressed. If for some reason anything goes wrong in the billing I will be sure to post another comment otherwise great company.

They were really punctual. They did all the lock & key repairs that we required and they did a great job. They gave us a really good price on the lock & key repairs and gave us great tips on maintenance and how we can help our lock & key last longer. The response time was excellent.We were very happy with the service and the friendly attitude of the gentleman that came to change our front door lock. He was able to make new keys on the spot and supply us with as many keys as we needed. The estimate was accurate and very fair. Overall,we would definitely use their home locksmith services again.

Called This locksmith company and they were at my house in a little over 30 minutes as promised. Robert reworked the deadbolt on my front door, replaced the doorknobs, fixed a messed up inner clocking door and added a deadbolt to the back door lock. He was efficient, pleasant and everything works like new again. I highly recommend these guys.
