I have a neighbor who has dug up her property next to my property line and looks like maybe on or over the line. She is building a concrete slab style patio at the end of her driveway which borders my property.
Does she have to stay back a foot from the property line? Does she need a permit? What can I do? I have a Mortgage Plot plan that indicates the property line location.
How to do I rectify the problem?
