Out of 3 bids, this was the only company that took the time to explain about a window that was slightly crooked and would cuase the blind to hang a bit odd. I knew the window was off, so I wasn't shocked, but I was suprised that none of the other companies pointed it out. I went with them and I have to say that the faux wood blinds look really nice. I spent a bit more then I would had I gone to a big box store then hung them myself, but it was worth every penny. The salesperson was pretty cool and the installation was fast and easy.
