He has really knocked it out of the park for my sister on sales prices (real estate home runs) for my sister's first two homes so naturally she came back to him to do it again on her remaining home. My sister was neither easily impressed nor particularly quick to praise, however his stellar performance so far above the norm has certainly earned my sister's respect, admiration, and appreciation.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Dan. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend him to them!

Because of his years of experience in the real state market, he advised us when and how much to sell and made the whole process go so smoothly. We gained multiple offers and through his advice on the counters, we sold above asking! His prompt communication with us through emails and Docusign allowed us to conveniently work remotely with him from preparing the house to sell to closing.
