Consider purchasing a Real Estate Inspection, also known as a Property Inspection or Home Inspection.
More than likely, buying a home is the most
expensive purchase you will ever make and not a time to price-shop for
the least expensive inspection. When you think about it, the cost of a
home inspection is very small relative to the cost of the home. As a
home inspector, I am determined to perform inspections of the utmost
quality and with integrity.
Please allow me to give you an impartial, unbiased and professional home inspection and report complete with photos on the functionality of the following systems:

Structure
Electrical
Heating and Air Conditioning
Plumbing
Appliances

My job is to insure that the client understands
every item reported. My job does not end after the home inspection
report is completed. Should you have any questions months down the
