I have been associated with Martial Arts Personal Development Center since 1999. Under their guidance, I not only earned my first-degree black belt, I gained increased self-confidence and physical fitness levels I had been seeking most of my life. Their structure, teaching methods, outstanding empathy encouraged me not only to go on and achieve my second-degree, but also to venture out and try new and exciting things that life has to offer.
My son has been part of the Karate Plus Martial Arts Personal Development Center for just over one year now. The results have been IMPRESSIVE!!! Just after 8 months my son's PE teacher congratulated us for Bryan's progress. Before being enrolled in the Karate Plus Martial Arts Personal Development Center my son could only do ONE pull up in the PE test. After 8 months in the program my son did ELEVEN pull ups and was number 2 in his class!!!!! Not only his physical condition has improved. After only one month in this program his self esteem had improved dramatically. He went from being scared at school to confronting his aggressors and there was no violence either! I thank God for Dr Lockhart and his family. They have been a blessing! So much that I am now enrolled in the program myself!!! Five stars are not enough!! TEN STARS IS MORE LIKE IT!!!!
