Down and Dirty Cleaning Services LLC came and cleaned our carpets and was very thorough, also explaining exactly what he was doing and the difference between carpet and dry cleaning. The carpet came up great and was also safe for the puppy which was good. A very polite and professional job.

Extremely satisfied with the deep cleaning of my apartment. Cleaners were prompt, incredibly thorough, friendly, and overall fantastic. My apartment hadn't had a real cleaning besides a mop and vacuum every several months and it looks nicer now than when I moved in.
