We had a great experience! Oscar made a stop by our house after what probably was a very long day of appointments for him in the heat. Our air conditioner wasn't cooling and he seemed to know just what to look for. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and our air conditioner was back up and running. We appreciated that Oscar went out of his way to check on our air conditioner, when he could have just scheduled us in for another day. He commented that they were trying to fit people in during the heatwave. We appreciate your care for your customers! We highly recommend them!
