Penteliuc Construction was a great choice for our project. Constantin and some of his crew came to our house to visit the job. They took some measurements and left. They gave us a free estimate which was much cheaper than any other estimates we received. They were great at giving us a reasonable price with a clear cost breakdown, getting a city permit, and the demolition, installation in all trades was done quickly, on time and very professional. They were also able to finish the job on time with no delay whatsoever.
No complaints or regrets. They did what they said they would and what they signed in their contract.

Penteliuc Construction finished my creepy storage room and turned it into the office of my dreams! The price was fair, they got it done in the quoted amount of time and it exceeded my expectations. They were fantastic to work with. They listened to all of my ideas and requests and worked with me to get the best results. They were courteous, clean and safe. I highly recommend them!
