Biography
Nathan Proud DDS
A resident of Edmond for the past seven years, Dr. Proud hails from Northern Alberta, Canada. He enjoys providing comfortable dental care that makes people change their view of dental visits. Dr. Proud is married and has two amazing boys that always keep him busy!
?I knew when I chose the profession of dentistry I would have a job where most people would not be happy to see me, some may even dread it. My personal goal with every patient is to have a positive experience at the dentist and that over time, they will enjoy coming to the dentist. Having a painless visit at the dentist is great place to start.?
?Loma Linda University School of Dentistry?s motto is - Service is Our Calling - and I try to live up to that on both a local and international level. I have enjoyed participating in the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy as it gives me an opportunity to serve my fellow Oklahomans. I have had the privilege of going to Guatemala and Peru in the past look forward to many future dental trips to areas of need.?
?An active and healthy lifestyle is an important part of my life. As an aspiring triathlete/marathoner I love a variety of exercise. My wife and I enjoy taking an active role in our local church ministries.?
