The team at water mold fire restoration of columbus did a great job restoring our basement after a nasty flooding issue caused by our main floor bathroom. I would have been nervous for weeks dealing with most contractors but the way they approached the project put my mind at ease immediately. I knew we were in good hands. Professional, 100% satisfied, fast work, awesome job.

I called and whoever answered seemed a bit abrupt but other than that my interactions with the company were totally GREAT. 5 stars from me for providing excellent service from the very beginning to the end of my claim. Needed a good restoration company in Columbus and they came through for me when I needed it.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Water Mold Fire Restoration of Columbus to any friends or family in the city needing emergency restoration. My wife and I were out for dinner on a Saturday night. We came back to find a disastrous situation waiting for us. Water had leaked through our ceiling, into the attic, then onto the kitchen floor. There was a literal hole in our ceiling. Our insurance company recommended WMF Columbus because they always arrived fast. They certainly did, and it only took about 50 or 60 minutes to get down to our place in Clintonville. The first guy who arrived didn’t have the equipment yet but checked out the situation and called the guys who were coming next. Within 15 minutes the fans were being set up. We weren’t able to stay in our place that night. Got a hotel with insurance. running out of word count but long story short the place looks great!!
