Spiritual Direction: Talk about what you want to talk about; Jane is a compassionate and active listener. Ask questions; Jane is an experienced educator and will adapt her teaching style to your best learning methods. She is adept at the use of language, art and imagery, dance, music, and drama.
Exploration of the scriptures of your tradition: Do you trust the scriptures? With formal education and publications in exegesis, Jane will explore with you what the scriptures have to say about your particular issue. Without her own agenda, she will speak the truth about what she sees.
Yoga Classes: Private or Group: Too shy or busy to go to your local gym for a yoga class? Let Jane deliver a private class designed to meet your specific needs. Would you like to bring some peace to an upcoming event such as a conference, family reunion, or a wedding? Schedule a yoga class for your participants to find some deep stretch and relaxation.
Guided Meditation: Jane will help you to enter a deep and relaxed state and then help you to explore your own questions within yourself. Learn to listen to your intuition and find the truth that is right for you.
Chakra Balancing: Learn to evaluate your own energy balance by focusing on the energy centers or chakras located along your spinal column. Do you feel dried up? Choked? Stagnant? Powerless? Foggy? Out of touch? Adrift? Jane will lead you through a journey of self-discovery, help you to identify imbalances, and teach you ways to restore your balance and keep it!
Body Analysis and Alignment: Do you feel all out of whack? Does your body ache at the end of the day? Having a hard time standing up for yourself or keeping your chin up? Maybe you need a posture adjustment. Jane will analyze your posture and provide a specific low-impact exercise routine to help you to make it right. As your posture improves, so does your view of the world.
Tarot Card Reading: Originally a deck of Italian playing cards, Tarot Cards are replete with ancient religious symbols and Jungian archetypes, and thus engage the right brain in a way that often leads to surprising new insights. They do not predict or determine the future; they evoke what you already know but cannot quite see.
Shamanic Healing: Let Jane teach you how to tap into the wisdom of the Lower and Higher World as many indigenous cultures have done before you. Get to know your loving and ever-helpful power animals and spirit guides. Get in touch with the living world around you. Retrieve lost soul parts, clear the trauma of past lives, and restore latent talents.
Space Clearing: Does your home just not feel right? Is your space so cluttered and disorganized that you cannot find peace or even think? Jane is a master at bringing stuff under control and restoring a sense of the sacred to your home.
