In 1991, our founders Vicky Mitchener and Al Dickens set out to create a real estate agency unlike any other in the Charlotte region. Already highly successful agents in their own right, they wanted to create an agency that would simplify the entire transaction process, while simultaneously providing clients with the ultimate real estate buying or selling experience.
