General Information
Michael Swaaley, Staten Island, Attorney at Law, with over 30 years experience helping clients in the following areas of Law; Social Security Disability , Personal Injury, Real Estate and Condo Management.
My office is a full service Staten Island law firm dedicated to providing personal service and attention to each client. My first priority is to take the time to learn about the specific problems and needs of each person I represent, and to make every client feel that he or she is my only client.
In my 30 years of representing the disabled, I have been helping my clients receive the Social Security Disability Benefits or Long Term Disability Benefits to which they are entitled.
I have also represented many Condominium and Homeowners Associations for over 20 years, using my vast experience to advise these communities on a wide variety of issues related to condominium law.
Born in Washington Heights, I have lived my entire life in New York City. A graduate of the New York City Public School system, I went on to receive my Bachelor’s Degree from Brooklyn College in 1976 and my Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1979.
I have been licensed to practice law in all of the Courts of the State of New York since 1980 and New Jersey since 1981. I have practiced law out of my office in Staten Island since 1980, representing clients in Staten Island and the rest of  New York City, as well as Northern New Jersey.
