If you are looking for QUALITY landscaping work, look no further than HECTOR at VELASQUEZ LANDSCAPING & MANSONRY INC! From the first conversation we had, he was upbeat and positive and was very accommodating to our schedule. We needed some wiring redone and an actuator replaced and HECTOR went above and beyond what we asked for! The wiring in ground for one of our sprinkler stations was a mess. HECTOR found all the different splices of the wiring, fixed then, and even recommended that he install a new, single wire to make it cleaner and prevent those issues from happening down the road. I never felt like he was a salesman and was trying to "sell me" anything that he suggested, which I have had from contractors before..

Hector @ VELASQUEZ LANDSCAPING & MASONRY INC was a referral from a contractor friend. After interviewing several landscapers, we went with Hector, partly because of the referral, but mainly because of his excellent design sense and flexibility with new clients who didn't know exactly what we wanted. His prices are very reasonable, and he's also an incredibly nice guy who is wonderful to work with!

I've used Hector for the last two years on multiple sprinkler and landscaping projects. He is always reliable, courteous, and does an excellent job leaving the site clean and me delighted with his services. He is one of the few contractors who will work on fixed bids for small projects, and provides very reasonable rates for his landscaping. I use his services whenever I have yard or sprinkler work.
