Insurer told me to contact these guys when I made an emergency claim at night. Filed a claim online and received a call within 10 minutes. While driving to my place, the team member (missed his name) stayed on the line and explained to me what I could do to begin tackling the problem and preparing for their arrival. I honestly didn’t’ even know to shut off the water lol. They got here and took control of the situation, and my place is still standing!

I don’t usually leave reviews, however I wanted to take the time to let the team at WMF Restoration of Jersey City know that their work was very much appreciated. They could have done the least amount required to get the job done, but I feel they went the extra step to make sure everything was perfect. Even taking the time to cleanup the site throughly at the end of every work day was much appreciated. Thank you once again.
