Mike has worked in the Railroad industry for more than 14 years, 10 of which came with the Union Pacific and the last 4 as owner of Excel Railroad. Mike started Excel Railroad in 2018 with nothing more than a dream and desire to give all rail customers an honest option from a full service contractor. Before leaving Union Pacifc Mike held positions as a Roadmaster, Manager of Civil New Construction and finally oversaw all the scrap tie and rail pick up operations for the entire UP rail system.
