Advance Surveying Engineering Co. is a professional land surveying and civil engineering company. We specialize in residential and commercial land surveying and civil engineering throughout the Twin Cities metro area. It is our goal to continue to reduce the time and cost required to perform a survey while improving accuracy and completeness through training, automation, and technology.

Many surveying companies employ unlicensed technicians to collect data and set monuments. Currently, Advance Surveying Engineering Co. only sends licensed land surveyors into the field. We have found that having a licensed land surveyor, working in the field, leads to accelerated delivery of the survey results.
