Investment Notes for sale to add to your investment portfolio.  We underwrite to protect you.  We only sell 1st Mortgage Notes secured by an individual property with a quality borrower, full investment file supplied on each Note.  Our investors are private individuals, trusts, self-directed IRA's and small groups.  

Notes are sold individually from $25,000 to $100,000 (average is about $40,000) and can be chosen as they become available, ask about our e-mail list.
Low loan-to-value with a maximum 50% LTV on the after-repair-value.
Quality borrowers, good credit, provable income and assets, and cash into the project.
Properties are viewed personally by our office before, to ensure the neighborhood qualifies and during, to control the funds for the rehab process and repairs are completed professionally.

To make sure we can watch over each property our lending area is limited to Metro Detroit.
