At the same time, Thor Olof Philog?ne and Sarah Lee worked at one of Europe's fastest growing startups and saw how hard it was to bring knowledge of the consumer to everyone on the team in such a rapidly changing environment: They had an infinite amount of data and insights, but just could not seem to distribute them across the organization.
