Simple to book online, and even reschedule if needed. Cleaners were wonderful! They were available earlier than my scheduled time and asked via text if they could come earlier. Super easy communication and once they arrived, they wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers the whole time. The entire apartment is super clean, and things have been put back where they belong which I always appreciate. Overall, well worth it!

The staff that came to my apartment did a fantastic job cleaning! They were incredibly courteous and communicated excellently with me throughout the process. Mer-Maids LLC staff got our home as clean as I have ever seen it! Not only did they do a deep cleaning, they reorganized in such a thoughtful way. We are extremely happy with this cleaning service.

Mer-Maids were great, very accommodating and hard working. I did not have electricity because my tenants moved out, but they were very understanding and worked until it was too dark to see. They came back the next day with their own power generator to power the vacuum cleaner. Very dedicated!

Came home today to a super clean house. Refrigerator cleaned inside and out, microwave, stove all scrubbed down. All the beds were made and bathrooms sparkling. I highly recommended Mer-Maids.
