Ltd was incepted as a cooperative business enterprise between Span Associates (involved in manufacturing coolant filtration system for around 33 years) and Filtermist International (U.K.). Both firms had fruitful 13 years long corporate relationship till 2011. Later, Span Filtration Systems Pvt. Ltd Pvt. Ltd became fully Indian owned firm by purchasing UK shareholding in the year 2011.
