As many know, Chef Georges Youssef cooks with passion. Growing up in a Lebanese family, the Lebanese native creates fresh and unique flavors that are created with love. The same spirit Georges possesses is carried by his mother. He attributes her to his love of cooking and attended culinary school at La Cit? Coll?giale. In 1998, he came to the United States to help Wichita restaurateur, Melad Stephens, with his businesses and later become partners of Uptown Bistro and owner of Novelle Caf?. The lunch and dinner menus include desserts created in-house, as well as, cr?pes, seafood, steak frites and a fresh stocked raw bar. Georges French Bistro features a large wine selection and a great cocktail and coffee menu to start off and finish a meal. The bar staff has excellent knowledge and years of experience serving wine and specialty cocktails.
