Allen's Home Solutions was hired to install (4) new sump pumps into a house that we bought. We had some concerns after our heating & air guy said that there was some standing water around one of the pumps and that it wasn't working. Not only did the owner come out that day to inspect the problem, he found that a second pump was also not working. He had his worker out that day, replaced both pumps and didn't charge one cent for the work. I have never seen such great customer service and I would recommend Allen's Home Solutions to everyone.
