I called phillip on a Saturday about finding my clothes washer and my refrigerator. He called back the same day and actually talked me through fixing both problems myself, spending his own time on a Saturday to help me out and not charging me anything! I will definitely call him again if I need any appliance repair, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and honest.

Received efficient, timely and reasonably priced service. Philip arrived at the time that was promised, quickly figured out the issue, had necessary parts available and quickly eliminated the issue.
