Reid Moore, VP of Commercial Operations. He is a Georgia native that grew up in Alpharetta and currently resides in Atlanta. Reid is an expert at lease and contract negotiation and is passionate about delivering an uncommon level of service to the clientele at The Office Advisors. Prior to his current role, Reid was an Associate Broker with commercial broker Ackerman & CO and has previously held a successful career in residential sales. Reid?s approach combines the creative marketing and client focus found in the residential industry and couples that with the aggressive negotiation and resources needed to deliver an level of service untouched by our competition.

We aid in the negotiations with the landlord, always with your best interest and most importantly your wallet in mind.
The best cost advantage to you is having us on your side. On almost all advertised properties the landlord is paying a commission. That commission is shared with us when we represent a tenant. If the tenant is not represented then that commission is kept by the listing brokerage. So whether you choose to have professional representation or not, there is usually no cost savings to negotiate on in the lease.
