We have initiated the special program keeping fitness freak moms in mind. With the wide numbers program, one can find a suitable one as per the suitability. Stroller workout classes for moms are specially designed so that they can meet their fitness goals. It is not like the stroll in the park but is conducted outdoors only. We focus on cardio and fat reducing exercises for increasing the stamina. Babies will stroll out in the stroller and moms will be doing the aerobics.
We also offer the prenatal exercise classes to keep you healthy and going during pregnancy. Our warm up exercises keep you energetic and stronger during the prenatal period. We have the experienced pregnant fitness instructor with us.
