Great service during covid when my computer seemed to have caught the virus. He was always in touch and managed to do door-to- door pickup. He was honest with the diagnosis and helped as much as he could with a bricked laptop. Will go to again in future.

My laptop of about 6 years suddenly died a couple days ago and unfortunately I had a lot of important files on there that I could not retrieve. I called Best Buy and some other computer repair places before finding PC Repair and Service. Jorge picked up the phone right away and gave me a straightforward diagnosis and quote. He was also available for an appointment the next day, which was extremely helpful. The drop off and pick up process was easy and he was able to recover my files and transfer them to my new computer within an hour. I would definitely recommend Jorge for any computer needs and will be coming back if I run into any computer issues in the future!
