Within six months of buying our house in Camino Gardens, we found a small mold issue within one of the walls. We used the online form to contact WMF, and they responded around 11am the next morning with a friendly phone call. They were on-site later that day, and the mold-damaged wall was removed and replaced by the end of the week. Thank you!

I am not sharing details but we had a complicated claim to say the least. Thanks to the front desk for constantly handling my calls and inquiries. Thanks to the friendly technician who was at our house day and night for three weeks dealing with our mess. At the end of a tough experience, we made it through to the other side. Our house looks great!
