Stuff To Buy At Washington, DC Greeting Cards And Gifts
Personally, I think that greeting cards are pushed by a secret international cabal. I mean, come on. Labor Day cards? I heard somewhere that Valentine's day was created by the Knights Templar and the greeting card industry. Or was that the "GREEDing card industry? Am I right? I know I am.
A Washington, DC-centric greeting card or gift is great for family or friends that are visiting your city. Our shops have the touristy stuff that out-of-state relatives crave – from shot glasses to cheaply made T-shirts with the Washington, DC slogan. You know they want a snow globe with the Washington, DC outline, or at least a poorly-made keychain. Why is it that every greeting cards and gift shop happens to have hundreds of candles? Probably because they're in league with the greeting card industry!
Is it someone’s birthday, anniversary, holiday, or bat mitzvah? Our Washington, DC greeting card and gift shops have all the cards you could want or imagine. We have funny cards, romantic cards, poetic cards, and even those irritating noisemaker cards. We have cute gifts, little gifts, gift cards, and more rubber stamps than you ever imagined.
Just make sure that you don’t send one of those horrible “e-cards” instead of a physical greeting card. Those sites are virus-traps, anyways. Would you send your loved one a dirty syringe? No, of course not! Finally, Grandma doesn’t understand them, and everyone else thinks they’re cheap. Shell out the five bucks and make your loved one’s day. A card really reaches someone's heart.
