I focus on strengths, coping and stress reduction, while exploring the unique challenges of individuals. I work with people who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, family issues, eating disorders, adoption issues, bereavement, life transitions, women?s issues, mood issues and spirituality. I am certified in several modalities which include psychodynamic therapy, expressive art therapies, Voice Dialogue and The Daring Way?. I practice trauma informed therapy and use mindfulness (MBSR).
