Blue Skies Exploration Academy

Blue Skies Exploration Academy is a Reggio Emilia influenced early learning center in Colorado Springs. We are delighted to bring the Reggio Emilia philosophy to the Pikes Peak region.

Blue Skies Exploration Academy is fully licensed and experienced in caring for children ages 12 months to 12 years. We have a variety of programs for your children that are difficult to find in many other preschools and day care centers.

Our Outdoor Classroom features a full-size greenhouse where children will learn the basics of growing their own flowers. This greenhouse compliments our Certified Eco-Healthy center where we provide a safe, healthy and green environment for the children and families we serve of.

Blue Skies Exploration Academy is also fully equipped with security and safety upgrades to ensure the safety of the children and families that enter our academy. Our facility has a secured entry that requires a an access code to gain entry, and we give our parents the ability to view a live feed of our facility via internet.
