I have been looking for a good Martial Arts gym in San Francisco since I moved here and finally settled at Ralph Gracie Jiu Jitsu in San Francisco. It is a great environment to train in and the instructors are top notch. I have finally got rid of the bad habits I have picked up in other gyms and have taken my training to the next level by live training classes and personal training. I would encourage anyone who is interested in loosing weight or learning mixed martial arts to stop by and check this academy out.
I have studied martial arts my entire life and have always thought it would take care of me when I needed it. After spending time at Ralph Gracie Jiu Jitsu in San Francisco I have realized that the martial arts I have spent so much time studying are near useless in a real life situation. At Ralph Gracie Jiu Jitsu San Francisco the primary martial art is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is without a doubt the most effective martial art you can learn. In addition to Jiu Jitsu there is also a No Gi Jiu Jitsu class that is great. So if anybody actually reads these reviews, I would recommend all men, women and children try this academy and don’t waist your time on all the other martial arts.
