To all out there, I would like to give you some sound advice. We all have owned a few computers during our time. Being a beginner I had many problems with technical things I really did not understand. With our computers we purchased the warranty. That's the biggest joke, You wait on line for hours, get transferred to about 10 "know it all" techs, then get disconnected. You call back but WHO in the Heck are you talking to now and you cant even understand them?! Grief!!
Then one day by accident, I found the computer Angel, yep, 'Dan the Man', the man is an Honest Whiz.He has the time, the patience and the understanding of your needs. What's done is done right the first time. No ups or down on his price and he makes sure your Happy. I can write more, BUT WHY?? Once you got the BEST you sure in the Heck do not need the Rest.
