General Information
Tao Holistic Healing is a spiritually based yoga that if good for all levels of practitioner.  By using basic principles to find balance and inner peace, you can release stress which brings awareness to your body.  It is fun and easy.

We start off by stimulating the body and warming the muscles and joints.  Then we do some stretching.  After we accumulate energy using postures and breath work, at the same time releasing stagnant energy.  Finally we end with meditation.  It is an hour class, but it is recommended to come ten minutes before class for warm ups and ten minutes after class for tea and sharing.

we also provide healing services.  We specialize in energy healing and spiritual healing.  Each session is an hour to an hour and a half and is individually based depending on your needs. Health conditions such as high blood pressure, arthritis, thyroid conditions, fibromyalgia and more can be solved.

Questions?  Please call joan at 310 395-3055.  We are located in the Bayside district of Santa Monica.  613 Colorado avenue and the first week of classes is free to all residents.  So come and try it, your body will thank you!
