Harmony Road Music School

Harmony Road Music School offers a unique group music program for all ages.

Music movement classes are for toddlers and preschoolers and feature singing, movement, playing with rhythm instruments, finger plays, activities w/balls, scarves, and hoops, rocking/cuddling songs, and keyboard introduction. A parent participates in each class.

Group piano classes are for ages 5 - adult. The classes for children feature singing, ear training, note reading games, solfege, theory, playing with rhythm instruments, rhythm and keyboard ensembles, and of course piano repertoire. Improvisation and composing are also key elements of the program. Lessons are 45 minutes long and include the parent as an active participant. Students are given the opportunity to participate in various adjudicated events such as Piano Guild, MTAC's Certificate of Merit program, ACSI Piano Festival, Improvisation Evaluation, and other festivals.

Classes begin in September, January, and June.
