manager, Frank Preve, worked at Rothsteins defunct law firm, Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler. Preve has been accused by attorney William Scherer in a lawsuit of knowing about Rothsteins alleged billion-dollar scam. Levin denies that Preve knew about the scam.
