I am looking to start a multi-faceted company. I have over 20 years experience in corporate america, have managed people, worked in construction, remodeled 3 houses, worked in the restaurant, health care, manufacturing, meat packing, been in the Navy, publishing industries and more. Process improvement and home and tecnology services are my goal. I would like to know if a C corp. or S corp is the best route.
