THE PROCESS
1. Initiate a vehicle search for a new or used car(s) using our vehicle search.
2. Browse our vast selection of dealer inventory until you find your perfect next vehicle.

3. Once a vehicle has been found, our member advocates will schedule a test drive and answer any other questions you may have.
4. Once the vehicle sale has been finalized, an eligibility certificate will need to be to receive the complimentary Peace of Mind Benefit you chose (Lifetime Limited Warranty or Hardship Protection Plan).
5. Send the certificate back to Union Auto Program. We will process your benefit within 48 hours and send your final documents back via email.
